Bloc Party Bloc90's launch was held on April 5, 2007. Neighbors and volunteers from the McGill Rose Garden, the 24-7 Justice Project and Area 15 artists also participated at the event.

Urban Stash Demolition Urban Stash, the large purple building between North Davidson and Caldwell streets, was demolished to make way for the building of Bloc90.

Bloc90 Update
Final framing is underway at Bloc90. The metal siding is complete. Unexposed ductwork and heat pumps are being installed. Stairs are still delayed due to additional site work and steel issues. We will post the information as soon as they are installed.
