Located in the Center City beside the $450 million Gateway complex,
Cedar Mill was completed in 1998. Tuscan Development created the
award winning 38 unit townhouse community with a unique site plan
that addresses both the street edges as well as the nightscaped
river birch allay that serves as the communitys gathering space.
Housing units range from two, three and four bedrooms, on three
levels with garaged parking. Many of the units have unobstructed
views of the Charlotte Skyline. Square footages range from 1380

Tuscan Development formed a Joint Venture with The Bank of America
Community Development Corporation and The Committee to Restore and
Preserve Third Ward. The project serves as an excellent example
of a public/private venture where the parties involved shared the
