Co-Managing Member

Primary responsibilities: 

Financial analysis and legal matters related to new ventures and ongoing development projects. Oversight of property management and leasing for income producing properties.

James partnered with Ray Farris in 1997 to form Tuscan Development II, LLC.  Participated in the development of over 200 residential condominiums and townhouses. Professional affiliate member of the Graduate Faculty of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
