On The Edge Of History

Along streets just east of Lela Court, tree canopies grace homes built in the 1920s and 1930s when Wesley Heights was Charlotte's grand suburb, developed by the legendary E.C. Griffith, who also built Eastover.

Meandering through this neighborhood, and bordering Lela Court, is Stewart Creek, part of Charlotte's growing greenway. The Bungalows' 21 homes are part of a growing community, which will eventually accommodate a total of 147 homes. To read more about the neighborhood, click here to download (PDF).
