NoDa18 is the first collaboration between Tuscan Development and David Furman Architecture. Furman and Farris share a drive: redevelop underused property into affordable homes that enhance neighborhoods, strengthen cities and provide appreciating value for buyers. NoDa18s inspiration is Alexander Court in the Garden District, a small development designed by Furman for an urban setting. Furman is one of the nations revered designers of center-city properties.
