architect – David Furman Architecture
NoDa18 is the first collaboration between Tuscan Development and David Furman Architecture. Furman and Farris share a drive: redevelop underused property into affordable homes that enhance neighborhoods, strengthen cities and provide appreciating value for buyers. NoDa18’s inspiration is Alexander Court in the Garden District, a small development designed by Furman for an urban setting. Furman is one of the nation’s revered designers of center-city properties.

Structura, a sister firm to Tuscan Development, is managed by Martin Kerr, among the Southeast’s most experienced urban multifamily general contractors. Together, Kerr and partner Farris have developed or handled residential construction valued at more than a half billion dollars.
