Co-Managing
and founding member of Tuscan Development, Mr. Farris
is responsible for overseeing all firm policy and procedure as
well as the project's design, implementation and management.
Mr. Farris has placed over $150 million in retail, office and residential
development. He also wrote the financial strategies for the $42
million H.U.D. Hope VI Earle Village Redevelopment and participated
in 2 million square feet of health care, office facility, retail
and housing design.
