Tivoli's six buildings, which house 95 homes, have been carefully planned to fit the shape and elevation of the land. Buyers will be able to select from nine basic floor plans with one or two bedrooms.

NOTE: While some of these plans look very similar, please notice the fine details.These details are a result of the locations of the units within the buildings.

Samples of two of our nine floor plans:

 Tivoli, designed with a bow to Italian urban architecture, will stand on a hill facing uptown. Window boxes, iron balcony railings, rooflines and accents will please the eye.

All-brick buildings will front Tivoli's surrounding streets. Individual homes will open on to breezeways designed for warmth and invitation. Parking will be on street level.
