Veterans in developing urban residences — Tuscan Development, and Sagehorn & Company — are partners at Trinity Common. Tuscan is managing sales; Sagehorn, the builder. The joint venture combines the vision of Tuscan partners Ray Farris III and James Cole with Larry Sagehorn’s decades of building experience. Sagehorn, who studied building skills and organization in Missouri, Michigan and Florida before settling for 18 years in Atlanta, came to Charlotte in 1996 to supervise renewal of First Ward.
