The Ibis
The Ibis plan includes three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, 10' main floor ceilings, hardwoods, tile, granite, custom molding and more. Approximate heated square footage is 2,400 to 3,000, and is available on lots 7 and 23. The Ibis home on lot 23 can include optional items such as a screened or open-air porch, expanded master bedroom closet or additional bath in the bonus room.
