Architect: The Wilson Group, which designed Harbor Point Village in Mooresville, Charlestown in Charlotte and the international concourse at Charlotte/Douglas International Airport. The firm's principals and Tuscan's Ray Farris, worked together on several successful projects before forming their own businesses in the early 1990s.
